LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Customer should not repackage and ship the QuietPure unit due
to possibility of irreparable damage. For warranty service, please
contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-764-0693 or via email
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
We warrant the QuietPure to the Customer, subject to the
conditions below, against defects in workmanship or material,
provided that the products are returned to a service location
within the following time period: one year of date of purchase.
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
This warranty is expressly conditioned upon proper installation,
operation, cleaning and maintenance, all in accordance with the
Owner’s Manual. Failure to meet any of these requirements will
void this warranty. Servicing of your QuietPure by parties other
than our authorized representatives and/or using parts other
than genuine parts will also void this warranty.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Customer must contact Customer Service and provide proof
of purchase within the above time periods. We will repair or
replace and return the product, without charge and within a
reasonable period of time, subject to the conditions herein,
if our examination shall disclose any part to be defective in
workmanship or material. If we, in our discretion, are unable
to repair the product after a reasonable number of attempts,
we will provide either a refund of the purchase price or a
replacement unit, at the company’s option. We reserve the right
to inspect and/or require confirmation of installation method.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
Not for commercial use. Ordinary wear and tear shall not
be considered a defect in workmanship or material. These
warranties do not apply for loss or damage caused by accident,
fire, abuse, misuse, improper installation, leaking, modification,
misapplication, or by any repairs other than those provided by
our authorized Service Center. This warranty is non-transferable
and does not cover consumable items such as filters.
MISSING SERIAL NUMBERS & UNAUTHORIZED CHANNELS
If a valid serial number is missing from the product, the warranty
will be voided. Warranties are voided if a product is purchased
through unauthorized channels; this includes websites that are
not authorized to use our trademarked names, images and logos
as well as Internet auction sites (e.g. eBay and craigslist). To
confirm warranty coverage prior to purchasing a product, contact
Customer Service with the product serial number.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES & CONDITIONS
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WE SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, GUARANTEES
OR REPRESENTATIONS, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Such excluded damages include, but
are not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, and loss of the use of
the products, and any loss caused by leaks or other water damage.

by applicable legislation, this warranty is not transferable.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
ALWAYS TURN THE UNIT OFF AND UNPLUG PRIOR TO HANDLING.
Before using, be sure to remove the lter from its plastic bag. The lter is re-usable
and easy to clean with a vacuum. We recommend replacing the lter after 6 months
of use. Periodically, clean any dust build-up from around the unit as needed.
Before using the rst time:
1. Press the latch on the bottom cover to unhinge it from the unit’s housing.
2. Remove the new lter from the unit and its freshness bag. You may discard the plastic bag.
3. Place the unwrapped lter back into the unit, aligning it with the lter slot.
4. Press the bottom cover back into place, aligning it with the closure slot.
Cleaning a used lter:
1. Press the latch on the bottom cover to unhinge and carefully remove the used lter.
2. Avoid bumping, spilling, or inhaling the collected particles while handling the used lter.
3. Carefully vacuum the lter to remove dust and debris. Do not wash the lter.
4. Rinse the bottom cover with water to clean. Allow to completely dr y before reinstalling.
5. Place the cleaned lter back into its aligned slot in the bottom of the unit.
6. Press the bottom cover back into place, aligning it with the closure slot.
Replacing an old lter:
When the “Replace Filter” LED indicator light illuminates on the control panel, it is time to
replace the unit’s lter. We recommend replacing the lter after 6 months of use or whenever
the “Replace Filter” indicator LED lights up. It is a good idea to purchase replacement
lters in advance so you are prepared when it is time. Simply follow the applicable steps
above to access and dispose of a used lter, and then to unwrap and install a new lter.
Simultaneously pressing and holding the “Timer” and “Speed” buttons for 8 seconds will
reset the unit and turn o the “Replace Filter” light.

HEPA FILTRATION – QuietPure starts the purication process with a High Eciency
Particulate Air (HEPA) lter, which is 99.97% ecient at removing tiny particles as
small as 0.3 micron from the air.
CAR BON L AY ER – The HEPA lter contains a carbon layer to absorb smoke, odors
and VOCs that o-gas from household cleaners, paints, carpets, furniture and other
common materials containing chemical substances.
ACTIVEPURE TECHNOLOGY – Our proprietary ActivePure® Certied Space
Technology™ destroys up to 99% of contaminants in the air and on surfaces,
resulting in a cleaner, healthier and more ecient environment.
NEGATIVE IONIZATION – An ion generator charges particles so they will cluster
together, making them easier to remove from the air. The electrical charge causes
the particles to become attracted to and trapped by the lter.
GETTING STARTED: Before using, be sure to remove the HEPA lter from its
protective plastic bag. Please follow the instructions on how to access the new lter
in the MAINTENANCE section of this manual.
POWER: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V electrical outlet. Gently
tap the “On/O” power button on the touch screen control panel. (Note that the
“ActivePure”, “Dust”, “VOC” and “Negative Ion” operation features will always be in use
and their respective indicator lights will remain on while the unit is on. This is to let you
know QuietPure is working to purify your environment with multiple technologies at all
times.) Tapping the “On/O” button again turns the unit o along with the lights.
TIMER: Tap the “Timer” button to choose a time setting. The unit will automatically
shut o after the time expires.
SPEED: Tap the “Speed” button to select between “Low”, “Medium”, and “High”.
REPLACE FILTER: When the lter is at the end of its service life, the “Replace Filter”
indicator LED light will illuminate to remind you to change the lter and replace it
with a new one. After replacing the lter, press and hold the “Timer” and “Speed”
buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds to reset the unit and turn the light o.
