Use of steam functions
1. Please push slowly and pull out the drawer in order

3. Select the steam switch to convert the food cate-
gories cooking parameters into steam one.
4. Set temperature and timing according to the rec-
ipe.
5. Click on the start icon to let the cooking begin.
NOTE: Some drops of water could fall into the cavity
proper cooking.
- A buzzer will notify the end of preheating phase. At
the end of cooking a buzzer will sound.
- When the oven is shut down or in stand-by, the sys-
tem will automatically drain unused water into the
drawer. The pump will make a noise for around 1 min-
ute, during this process.
6. Discharge water by extracting the tank.
DESCALING
This function is suggested after 25 cycles and it will
be mandatory after 40 cycles. The oven will show the
“descaling icon” in both cases.
It is divided into three steps:
Step 1 (Removing residual water from steamer):
i. Select descaling mode and then press the start but-
ton.
ii. When the buzzer beeps to proceed with the second
step, remove the water tank.
Step 2 (Descaling):
i. Add in the water tank 400 ml tap water and 100 ml of
descaler. Then press the start button.
ii. This step will take 20 minutes, after that to proceed
to the third stage, the water tank must be removed
again.
Step 3 (Rinsing):
i. Add 500 ml tap water on the water tank. Then press
the start button.
ii. This step will take 20 minutes, at the end of the pro-
cess the buzzer beeps
!! If we remove the water tank, the descaling function
ends.
WATER DISCHARGE
After the steam cooking cycle the water remained in
the cavity will be transfer back to the water drawer.
During this process the “water discharge” icon will be
shown.
EVERYDAY USE
with the icon “water drawer feedback”.
1. Level of water in the drawer: there are three lines to
medium, low).
The emergency triangle icon alerts you when the
drawer is empty.
