Carving Stations are designed as the ideal
attachment to extend holding times during serving periods.
Glo-Ray warmers have prefocused heat that bathes the entire
surface to provide effective heat distribution and eliminate hot
spots, keeping all foods at optimum serving temperatures to
ensure quality. Ceramic and blanket heating elements are
guaranteed against breakage and burnout for one year.
Glo-Ray Carving Stations are a product of extensive research
and field testing. The materials used were selected for maximum
durability, attractive appearance, and optimum performance.
Every unit is inspected and tested thoroughly prior to shipment.
This manual provides the installation, safety, and operating
instructions for the Glo-Ray Carving Station. Hatco recommends
all installation, operating, and safety instructions appearing in
this manual be read prior to installation or operation of the Glo-
Ray Heated Shelf.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD:
• Plug unit into a properly grounded electrical receptacle
of the correct voltage, size, and plug configuration. If
plug and receptacle do not match, contact a qualified
electrician to determine and install the proper voltage
and size electrical receptacle.
• Turn OFF power switch, unplug power cord, and
allow unit to cool before performing any cleaning,
adjustments, or maintenance.
• DO NOT submerge or saturate with water. Unit is not
waterproof. Do not operate if unit has been submerged
or saturated with water.
• Unit is not weatherproof. Locate unit indoors where
ambient air temperature is a minimum of 70°F (21°C).
• This unit is not “jet-proof” construction. Do not use
jet-clean spray to clean this unit.
• Do not steam clean or use excessive water on unit.
• Do not pull unit by power cord.
• Discontinue use if power cord is frayed or worn.
• Do not attempt to repair or replace a damaged
power cord. The cord must be replaced by Hatco, an
Authorized Hatco Service Agent, or a person with
similar qualifications.
• This unit must be serviced by qualified personnel only.
Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric
shock or burn.
• Use only Genuine Hatco Replacement Parts when
service is required. Failure to use Genuine Hatco
Replacement Parts will void all warranties and may
subject operators of the equipment to hazardous
electrical voltage, resulting in electrical shock or burn.
Genuine Hatco Replacement Parts are specified to
operate safely in the environments in which they are
used. Some aftermarket or generic replacement parts
do not have the characteristics that will allow them to
operate safely in Hatco equipment.
FIRE HAZARD: Locate unit a minimum of 1″ (25 mm) from
combustible walls and materials. If safe distances are not
maintained, discoloration or combustion could occur.
Make sure food product has been heated to the proper
food-safe temperature before placing on the unit. Failure
to heat food product properly may result in serious health
risks. This unit is for holding preheated food product only.
Make sure all operators have been instructed on the safe
and proper use of the unit.
This unit is not intended for use by children or persons
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
Ensure proper supervision of children and keep them
away from the unit.
This unit has no “user-serviceable” parts. If service
is required on this unit, contact an Authorized Hatco
Service Agent or contact the Hatco Service Department at
800-558-0607 or 414-671-6350.
CAUTION
BURN HAZARD: Some exterior surfaces on unit will get
hot. Use caution when touching these areas.
Locate unit at proper counter height in an area that is
convenient for use. The location should be level to prevent
unit or its contents from falling accidentally and strong
enough to support the weight of unit and contents.
NOTICE
Unit is designed and recommended for use in or on
metallic countertops. Damage to any countertop material
is not covered under the Hatco warranty. For other
surfaces, verify with manufacturer that material is suitable
for prolonged temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
Do not submerge or saturate cutting board in water.
Damage to cutting board is not covered under warranty.
Do not lay unit on the side with the control panel. Damage
to unit could occur.
Use non-abrasive cleaners and cloths only. Abrasive
cleaners and cloths could scratch the finish of the unit,
marring its appearance and making it susceptible to soil
accumulation.
IMPORTANT—DO NOT use paper towel or glass cleaner to
clean plastic surfaces. Paper towel and glass cleaner may
scratch the material. Wipe off plastic surfaces using a soft,
clean, waterdampened cloth.
Do not locate unit in area with excessive air movement
around unit. Avoid areas that may be subject to active air
movements or currents (i.e., near exhaust fans/hoods, air
conditioning ducts, and exterior doors).

MODEL DESIGNATION
All Models
The Hatco Glo-Ray
®
Carving Stations have aluminum and
stainless steel housings. All models feature incandescent
display lights, easy to install sneeze guard(s), and an attached
cord and plug set. Models are available with or without heat in
the base.
GRCSCL-24 Models
The Hatco GRCSCL-24 model is an aluminum foodwarmer with
stainless steel base, ceramic heating elements, incandescent
lights, and a sturdy sneeze guard on the right side.
GRCSCLH-24 Models
The Hatco GRCSCLH-24 model is similar to the GRCSCL-24,
but features a blanket element base in addition to the ceramic
element top heat. Independent controls define the temperature
settings for both the top and base heat.

Units are supplied from the factory with an electrical cord and
plug installed. Plugs are supplied according to the application.

INSTALLATION
General
Glo-Ray
®
Carving Stations are shipped with most components
pre-assembled. Care should be taken when unpacking shipping
carton to avoid damage to the unit and components enclosed.
WARNING
FIRE HAZARD: Locate unit a minimum of 1″ (25 mm) from
combustible walls and materials. If safe distances are not
maintained, discoloration or combustion could occur.
CAUTION
Locate unit at proper counter height in an area that is
convenient for use. The location should be level to prevent
unit or its contents from falling accidentally and strong
enough to support the weight of unit and contents.
1. Remove the unit from the carton and place it upside down
on the cardboard.
NOTE: To prevent delay in obtaining warranty coverage,
complete online warranty registration. See the
IMPORTANT OWNER INFORMATION section for
details.
2. Remove tape and protective packaging from all surfaces
of the unit.
3. Place unit in the desired location.
• Locate the unit in an area where the ambient air
temperature is constant and a minimum of 70° F (21° C).
Avoid areas that may be subject to active air movements
or currents (i.e., near exterior doors, exhaust fans/
hoods, air conditioning ducts, etc...).
• Make sure the unit is at the proper counter height in an
area convenient for use.
• Make sure the countertop is level and strong enough to
support the weight of the unit and food product.
• Make sure all the feet on the bottom of the unit are
positioned securely on the countertop.
4. Install the sneeze guard(s).
a. Align the screws with the holes in the sneeze guard.
b. Put a spacer on each screw.
c. Align the screws into the holes on the top housing.
d. Tighten the acorn nuts to each screw from underneath
the top housing.
5. Adjust the unit to the desired height.
a. Loosen the height adjustment knobs on the back of the
unit 1/4-turn.
NOTE: Do NOT loosen more than 1/2-turn or the internal nut
will fall off, making the unit non-adjustable.
b. Raise or lower the unit to desired height and tighten the
height adjustment knobs.

OPERATION
General
Carving Stations are designed for ease of operation. Use the
following information and procedures to operate the unit.
WARNING
Read all safety messages in the IMPORTANT SAFETY
INFORMATION section before operating this equipment.
Startup
1. Plug unit into a properly grounded electrical receptacle of
the correct voltage, size, and plug configuration. Refer to
the SPECIFICATIONS section in this manual for details.
2. Move the Power I/O (on/off) toggle switch to the I (on)
position.
• The ceramic elements and display lights will energize.
CAUTION
BURN HAZARD: Some exterior surfaces on unit will get
hot. Use caution when touching these areas.
3. Turn the infinite heat control to the desired setting.
NOTE: Turning the control knob clockwise will increase
the temperature setting. Turning the control knob
counterclockwise will decrease the temperature setting.

4. For GRCSCLH models with a heated base:
a. Move the Power I/O (on/off) rocker switch to the I (on)
position. The base heating elements will energize.
b. Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature
setting.
NOTE: Turning the control knob clockwise will increase
the temperature setting. Turning the control knob
counterclockwise will decrease the temperature setting.
5. Allow the unit 30 minutes to reach operating temperature.

• The ceramic elements and display lights will shutdown.

Daily Cleaning
To preserve the finish of the Glo-Ray Carving Station, it is
recommended that all surfaces be cleaned daily
NOTICE

cleaners and cloths could scratch the finish of the unit,
marring its appearance and making it susceptible to soil
accumulation.
IMPORTANT—DO NOT use paper towel or glass cleaner to
clean plastic surfaces. Paper towel and glass cleaner may
scratch the material. Wipe off plastic surfaces using a soft,
clean, waterdampened cloth.
1. Turn off the unit, unplug the power cord, and allow the unit
to cool.
2. Remove and wash all food pans, if necessary.
3. Clean the cutting board with mild detergent and rinse.
Apply a coating of mineral oil, allowing oil to penetrate for
a short period and wipe.
4. Wipe down all metal surfaces with a non-abrasive, damp
cloth. Stubborn stains may be removed with a non-
abrasive cleaner. Clean hard to reach areas using a small
brush and mild soap.
5. Wipe dry all surfaces using a non-abrasive, dry cloth.
6. If equipped, clean the plastic sneeze guards using soft
cleaning cloths, mild soap, and water. NOTICE: Do not
use paper towel or glass cleaner on plastic surfaces—
scratching may occur.
Replacing Display Lights
WARNING
Use only light bulbs that meet or exceed National
Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards and are specifically
designed for food holding areas. Breakage of light bulbs
not specially coated could result in personal injury and/or
food contamination.
The display light illuminates the warming area. The display
light has a special coating to guard against injury and food
contamination in the event of breakage.
1. Turn off the unit, unplug the power cord(s), and allow the
unit to cool.
2. Unscrew the display light from the unit and replace it with
a new, specially-coated display light .
NOTE: Hatco shatter-resistant incandescent light bulbs meet
NSF standards for food holding and display areas. For
120 V applications, use Hatco P/N 02.30.265.00. For 220,
240, 220–230, and 230–240 V applications, use Hatco
P/N 02.30.266.00.
NOTE: Refer to the OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES section for
Chef LED information.

Symptom Probable Cause Corrective Action
Unit too hot. Thermostat control set too high. Adjust thermostat control to a lower setting.
Thermostat control stuck in the “on” position. Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Unit plugged into an incorrect power supply. Verify with qualified personnel that power supply
matches unit specification.
Unit not hot enough. Thermostat control set too low. Adjust thermostat control to a higher setting.
Location of unit is susceptible to air currents (air
conditioning ducts or exhaust fans).
Block air currents or relocate unit.
Unit not working at all. Unit not plugged in. Plug unit into proper power supply.
Unit not turned on. Move Power I/O (on/off) switch to the I (on) position.
Power On/Off (I/O) switch is not functioning.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Heating element is burned out.
Thermostat control is defective.

Chef LED Bulbs
Chef LED bulbs are available for all units. Chef LED bulbs are
LED light bulbs that offer energy savings over incandescent
bulbs. Use the following for replacement bulbs:

Chef Side Sneeze Guard

pan is placed on top of the base. The stainless steel drip pan is


LIMITED WARRANTY
1. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Hatco warrants the products that it manufactures (the
“Products”) to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase when installed and
maintained in accordance with Hatco’s written instructions
or 18 months from the date of shipment from Hatco. Buyer
must establish the Product’s purchase date by registering the
Product with Hatco or by other means satisfactory to Hatco in
its sole discretion.
Hatco warrants the following Product components to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of
purchase (subject to the foregoing conditions) for the period(s)
of time and on the conditions listed below:

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR PATENT OR OTHER
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SUCH
WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER: Coated incandescent light
bulbs, fluorescent lights, heat lamp bulbs, coated halogen light
bulbs, halogen heat lamp bulbs, xenon light bulbs, LED light
tubes, glass components, and fuses; Product failure in booster
tank, fin tube heat exchanger, or other water heating equipment
caused by liming, sediment buildup, chemical attack, or
freezing; or Product misuse, tampering or misapplication,
improper installation, or application of improper voltage.
2. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
Hatco’s liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy hereunder will
be limited solely, at Hatco’s option, to repair or replacement
using new or refurbished parts or Product by Hatco or a Hatco-
authorized service agency (other than where Buyer is located
outside of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or
Australia, in which case Hatco’s liability and Buyer’s exclusive
remedy hereunder will be limited solely to replacement of part
under warranty) with respect to any claim made within the
applicable warranty period referred to above. Hatco reserves
the right to accept or reject any such claim in whole or in part. In
the context of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a part
or Product that has been returned to its original specifications
by Hatco or a Hatco-authorized service agency. Hatco will not
accept the return of any Product without prior written approval
from Hatco, and all such approved returns shall be made
at Buyer’s sole expense. HATCO WILL NOT BE LIABLE,
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO LABOR COSTS OR LOST PROFITS RESULTING FROM
THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR
FROM THE PRODUCTS BEING INCORPORATED IN OR
BECOMING A COMPONENT OF ANY OTHER PRODUCT
OR GOODS.

Les postes de découpage sont conçus comme
l’accessoire idéal pour prolonger les temps d’attente pendant
les périodes de service. Les réchauffeurs Glo-Ray ont une
chaleur préfocalisée qui baigne toute la surface pour assurer
une distribution efficace de la chaleur et éliminer les points
chauds, maintenant tous les aliments à des températures
de service optimales pour garantir la qualité. Les éléments
chauffants en céramique et enveloppants sont garantis contre
le bris et le grillage pendant un an.
Les postes de découpage Glo-Ray sont le produit de
recherches et de tests sur le terrain intensifs. Les matériaux
utilisés ont été sélectionnés pour une durabilité maximale, une
apparence attractive et des performances optimales. Chaque
appareil est soigneusement inspecté et testé avant expédition.

température adaptée au maintien de sa salubrité avant
de le mettre dans l’appareil sous peine de risques graves
pour la santé. Cet appareil est destiné au maintien au
chaud de produits alimentaires préchauffés uniquement.
Assurez-vous que tous les opérateurs ont été formés à
l’utilisation sûre et correcte de l’appareil.
Cet appareil ne contient aucune pièce réparable par
l’utilisateur. Si cet appareil doit être réparé, contacter un
réparateur Hatco agréé ou le Service après-vente Hatco au

ATTENTION
DANGER DE BRÛLURE : Certaines surfaces extérieures
de l’appareil deviennent chaudes. Toucher ces zones de
l’appareil avec précaution.
Placez l’unité à une hauteur adaptée au comptoir, à un
emplacement pratique à utiliser. L’emplacement doit être
plan pour éviter que l’unité ou son contenu ne tombe
accidentellement, et suffisamment solide pour supporter
le poids de l’unité et de son contenu.
AVIS
L’appareil est conçu et recommandé pour une utilisation
sur ou dans des comptoirs métalliques. Les dommages
subis par le matériau de comptoir ne sont pas couverts par
la garantie Hatco. Pour d’autres surfaces, assurez-vous
que le matériau est adapté à des températures pouvant
atteindre 93°C (200°F).
N’immergez pas ou ne saturez pas la planche à découper
dans l’eau. Les dommages causés à la planche à découper
ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
Ne couchez pas l’unité sur le côté comportant le panneau
de commande. L’unité pourrait être endommagée.
Utiliser uniquement des produits nettoyants non abrasifs.
Les produits nettoyants abrasifs peuvent rayer la finition
de l’appareil, ce qui altère son apparence et le rend plus
susceptible d’accumuler la saleté.
IMPORTANT : n’utilisez PAS de serviettes en papier ou
de nettoyant pour vitres pour nettoyer les surfaces en
plastique. Les serviettes en papier et le nettoyant pour
vitres peuvent rayer l’équipement. Essuyez les surfaces
en plastique à l’aide d’un chiffon doux, propre et humide.
Ne placez pas l’appareil dans un endroit où la circulation
de l’air est trop forte. évitez les zones pouvant être
soumises à des mouvements d’air ou à des courants d’air
actifs (comme à proximité de ventilateurs d’échappement/
de hottes d’aspiration, de conduites de climatisation et de
portes extérieures).

• Branchez l’unité à une prise correctement reliée
à la terre et possédant le voltage, la dimension et
la configuration adéquats. Si la fiche et la prise ne

• Mettez l’unité hors tension depuis l’interrupteur,
débranchez le cordon d’alimentation et laissez l’unité
refroidir avant d’effectuer tout nettoyage, tout réglage

• NE PAS immerger l’appareil ni le saturer d’eau.
L’appareil n’est pas étanche à l’eau. Ne pas le faire
fonctionner s’il a été immergé ou saturé d’eau.
• L’appareil n’est pas à l’épreuve des intempéries. Placer
l’appareil à l’intérieur à une température ambiante de
21°C minimum.
• Ne tirez pas l’unité par le cordon d’alimentation.
• Interrompez l’utilisation de l’unité si le cordon
d’alimentation est effiloché ou usé.
• N’essayez jamais de réparer ou de remplacer un cordon
d’alimentation. Celui-ci devra être remplacé par Hatco,
un agent de service agréé par Hatco ou une personne
possédant des qualifications similaires.
• Ne pas nettoyer à la vapeur ni utiliser trop d’eau sur
l’appareil.
• Cet appareil n’est pas étanche aux jets. Ne pas utiliser
de jet sous pression pour nettoyer l’appareil.
• Ne pas nettoyer l’appareil lorsqu’il est sous tension.
• Cet appareil doit uniquement être réparé par un
personnel qualifié. Toute réparation par un personnel
non qualifié peut entraîner une électrocution et des
brûlures.
• Pour les réparations, utiliser exclusivement des
pièces de rechange Hatco d’origine. Utilisez des
pièces détachées Hatco authentiques sous peine
d’annuler toutes les garanties et d’exposer l’utilisateur
à des tensions électriques dangereuses pouvant
entraîner une électrocution ou des brûlures. Les
pièces de rechange Hatco d’origine sont conçues pour
fonctionner sans danger dans les environnements
dans lesquels elles sont utilisées. Certaines pièces
de rechange génériques ou de second marché ne
présentent pas les caractéristiques leur permettant de

en aluminium et en acier inoxydable. Tous les modèles sont
équipés de tubes d’éclairage à incandescence, d’un ou
plusieurs pare-haleines faciles à installer et d’un cordon et
d’une prise de courant. Les modèles sont disponibles avec ou
sans chauffage dans la base.
Modèles GRCSCL-24
Le modèle Hatco GRCSCL-24 est un réchaud en aluminium
avec une base en acier inoxydable, des éléments chauffants
en céramique, des lumières incandescentes et un pare-haleine
solide sur le côté droit.
Modèles GRCSCLH-24
Le modèle Hatco GRCSCLH-24 est similaire au GRCSCL-24,
mais comporte un élément enveloppant à la base en plus de
l’élément céramique de chauffage supérieur. Des commandes
indépendantes définissent les réglages de température pour la

Les postes de découpage sont expédiés avec la
plupart des composants pré-assemblés. Veillez à ne pas
endommager l’appareil et les composants qu’il renferme lors
du déballage du carton d’expédition.
AVERTISSEMENT
DANGER D’INCENDIE: Placez l’unité à au moins 25 mm

1. Retirez l’appareil du carton et placez-le à l’envers sur le
carton.
NOTA : Pour éviter des retards dans l’obtention de la couverture
de la garantie, complétez l’enregistrement en ligne
de votre garantie. Lisez la section INFORMATIONS
IMPORTANTES POUR LE PROPRIETAIRE pour plus
de détails.
2. Retirer le ruban et le film de protection de toutes les
surfaces de l’appareil.
3. Redresser l’appareil et le placer à l’endroit désiré.
• Placez l’appareil dans une zone où la température ambiante
est toujours de 21°C (70°F) minimum. Évitez les zones
situées dans les courants d’air (par exemple à proximité
d’une porte extérieure, des ventilateurs d’échappement/
hottes, des conduites de climatisation, etc.).
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil est à une hauteur
appropriée par rapport au comptoir dans une zone
adaptée à son utilisation.
• Assurez-vous que le comptoir est de niveau et qu’il est
suffisamment solide pour supporter le poids de l’appareil
et des aliments.
• Assurez-vous que tous les pieds de l’appareil sont
correctement positionnés sur le comptoir.
4. Installez le(s) pare-haleine.
a. Alignez les vis aux trous du pare-haleine.
b. Mettez une entretoise sur chaque vis.
c. Alignez les vis dans les trous du boîtier supérieur.
d. Serrez les écrous borgnes de chaque vis par le dessous
du boîtier supérieur.
5. Ajustez l’appareil à la hauteur souhaitée.
a. Desserrez les boutons de réglage de la hauteur à
l’arrière de l’appareil d’un quart de tour.
NOTA: Ne desserrez pas plus d’un demi-tour, sinon l’écrou
interne tombera, rendant l’appareil non réglable.
b. Montez ou descendez l’appareil à la hauteur souhaitée
et serrez les boutons de réglage de la hauteur.

pour faire fonctionner l’appareil.

Allumage
1. Branchez l’appareil dans une prise électrique avec mise
à la terre, configuration et tension correctes. Consultez la
section SPÉCIFICATIONS de ce manuel pour avoir plus
d’informations.
2. Mettez l’interrupteur à bascule I/O (on/off) en position « I »
(marche).
• Les éléments en céramique et les tubes d’éclairage
s’allumeront.

dans le sens anti-horaire va diminuer la température.

4. Pour les modèles GRCSCLH avec une base chauffante :

de température souhaité.
NOTA: Le fait de tourner le bouton de contrôle du thermostat
dans le sens horaire va augmenter la température. Le

Nettoyage quotidien
Pour préserver la finition de l’appareil et maintenir la performance,
il est recommandé de nettoyer tous les jours l’appareil.
AVIS
Utiliser uniquement des produits nettoyants non abrasifs.
Les produits nettoyants abrasifs peuvent rayer la finition
de l’appareil, ce qui altère son apparence et le rend plus
susceptible d’accumuler la saleté.
IMPORTANT : n’utilisez PAS de serviettes en papier ou
de nettoyant pour vitres pour nettoyer les surfaces en
plastique. Les serviettes en papier et le nettoyant pour
vitres peuvent rayer l’équipement. Essuyez les surfaces
en plastique à l’aide d’un chiffon doux, propre et humide.
1. Mettre l’appareil hors tension, débrancher le cordon
d’alimentation et laisser refroidir l’appareil.
2. Retirez et lavez tous les bacs à aliments si cela est
nécessaire.
3. Nettoyez la planche à découper avec un détergent doux
et rincez. Appliquez une couche d’huile minérale, laissez
pénétrer l’huile pendant une courte période et essuyez.
4. Essuyez toutes les surfaces métalliques à l’aide d’un
chiffon humide non abrasif. Les dépôts minéraux peuvent
être retirés à l’aide d’un bon nettoyant pour acier inox ou un
produit non abrasif. Les recoins difficiles d’accès doivent
être nettoyés avec une petite brosse et du savon doux.
5. Essuyez toutes les surfaces à l’aide d’un chiffon sec non
abrasif.
6. Si votre appareil est équipé de pare-haleines en plastique,
nettoyez-les à l’aide d’un chiffon doux, de savon doux et
d’eau. AVIS : N’utilisez pas de serviette en papier ou un
nettoyant pour vitres sur des surfaces en plastique.
Leur contact pourrait rayer votre matériel.
Remplacement des tubes d’éclairage
WARNING
N’utilisez que des ampoules qui respectent ou dépassent
les normes de la National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)
et qui sont spécifiquement conçues pour les espaces
de conservation des aliments. Les bris d’une ampoule
électrique non équipée d’un revêtement adapté
peuvent provoquer des dommages corporels et/ou une
contamination des aliments.
Le tube d’éclairage illumine la zone de réchauffement. Chaque
tube d’éclairage est recouvert d’un enduit spécial pour
empêcher toute blessure et toute contamination des aliments
en cas de casse.
1. Éteignez l’appareil, débranchez le(s) cordon(s)
d’alimentation et laissez l’appareil refroidir.
2. Dévissez le tube d’éclairage de l’appareil et remplacez-la
par un nouveau tube d’éclairage spécialement enduit.
NOTA: Les ampoules incandescentes Hatco résistantes
aux chocs répondent aux normes NSF en matière
de zones de conservation et de présentation des
aliments. Pour les applications à 120 V, utilisez la
référence 02.30.265.00 de Hatco. Pour les applications
en 220, 240, 220-230 et 230-240 V, utilisez la référence
02.30.266.00 de Hatco.

Les ampoules DEL Chef sont offertes pour tous les appareils.
Les ampoules DEL Chef sont des ampoules permettant
d’économiser de l’énergie par rapport aux ampoules à
incandescence. Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour le
remplacement des ampoules :

3 000 K : R02.30.195.01
4 000 K : R02.30.196.01
230 volts

Pare-haleine côté cuisine
Un pare-haleine côté cuisine de l’unité est disponible comme
accessoire. Utilisez la section INSTALLATION pour installer le
pare-haleine.
Lèchefrite
Des lèchefrites sont disponibles comme accessoires pour
tous les appareils. La lèchefrite se place sur le dessus de la
base. La lèchefrite en acier inoxydable fait 508 x 680 x 25 mm

