INSTALLATION
When you select your mounting location, make sure the surface area
is clean.
During the mounting process, ensure the metal contacts on the probe
are facing downwards.
Remove the holder from the main body. Select your location and mount
the holder using the included screw and wall anchor, or using the
adhesive mount. Once installed, insert the main body and plug in the
probe.
Once the main body has been placed in its intended location, place the
probe where a potential leak may occur.
Note: Once your water sensor has been connected to the NOMA iQ app,
make sure to check that the sensor is working by placing the probe in
water. The sensor should light up and make a sound as it detects water,
and you should receive a notification on your mobile phone that a leak
is detected.
Remove the holder from the main body. Twist the top half of the
sensor counter-clockwise. Once the casing is o, remove the small
plastic tab on the battery terminal. The battery will be connected and
the sensor will automatically be in pairing mode.
If not in pairing mode, press and hold the power/reset button for 5
seconds until flashing slowly. Then release the button and the
sensor will enter pairing mode.
In order to pair the device, please enable and give permission for
Location Services and Bluetooth on your mobile device. In the NOMA
iQ app, select the “+” symbol in the top right-hand corner. Select the
device and follow the instructions within the app.

LEAK DETECTION
When the probe detects water, the sensor will beep for an interval of 2 minutes and
you will get a notification from the NOMA iQ app. If the leak is not cleared within this
time frame, the sensor will go into sleep mode for about 2 hours in order to conserve
the battery. This cycle will continue until the leak is removed.
If the device will be installed outside of audible range, please ensure to connect your
sensor to the NOMA iQ app to receive notifications/alerts. Please also ensure to turn
on notifications on your mobile phone.

• Insert the battery observing the proper polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the
battery compartment.

DISPOSAL OF USED BATTERIES:
Battery may contain hazardous substances which could endanger the environment
and human health. Used batteries shall not be treated as municipal waste, but
left at the appropriate collection point for recycling. For more information about
collection and recycling of used batteries, please contact your local municipality or
waste disposal service.
• Use type CR2-3V battery.
• Install only new batteries of the same type in your product.
• Failure to insert batteries in the correct polarity, as indicated in the battery
compartment, may shorten the life of the batteries or cause batteries to leak.
• Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
1. Remove the holder from the main body.
2. Twist the top half of the sensor in a counter-clockwise rotation.
3. Remove the spent battery and place 1x CR2-3V battery into the
battery compartment, correctly observing the polarity indications (+/-).
4. Replace the top half of the sensor by rotating it clockwise.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
This NOMA product carries a one (1) year repair warranty against
defects in workmanship and materials. At its discretion, NOMA Canada
agrees to have any defective part(s) repaired or replaced free of
charge within the stated warranty period, when returned with proof of
purchase. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage due
to misuse and/or abuse.

INSTALLATION
Retirez le support de la partie principale. Tournez la partie supérieure du
détecteur dans le sens antihoraire. Une fois le détecteur ouvert, retirez la
petite languette de plastique de la borne de la pile. La pile alimentera le
détecteur, qui passera en mode couplage.
Si ce n’est pas le cas, maintenez le bouton d’alimentation/de
réinitialisation enfoncé pendant 5 secondes, jusqu’à ce qu’il clignote
lentement. Relâchez le bouton, et le détecteur se mettra en mode
couplage.
Afin de coupler l’appareil, veuillez activer et autoriser les services de
localisation et Bluetooth sur votre appareil mobile. Dans l’application
NOMA iQ, sélectionnez le symbole «+» dans le coin supérieur droit.
Sélectionnez l’appareil et suivez les instructions de l’application.
Une fois que le corps principal a été placé à l’endroit prévu, placez la
sonde à l’endroit où une fuite potentielle peut se produire.
Remarque : Une fois que votre capteur d’eau a été connecté à
l’application NOMA iQ, assurez-vous de vérifier que le capteur
fonctionne en plaçant la sonde dans l’eau. Le capteur doit s’allumer et
émettre un son lorsqu’il détecte de l’eau.et vous devriez recevoir une
notification sur votre téléphone portable indiquant qu’une fuite a été
détectée.
Assurez-vous que l’endroit choisi est propre.
Pendant l’installation, orientez les contacts métalliques du capteur vers
le bas.
Retirer le support de la partie principale. Choisissez votre emplacement
et montez le support à l’aide de la vis et de l’ancrage mural inclus, ou à
l’aide du support adhésif. Insérer la partie principale dans le support et
brancher le capteur
INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLATION
DÉTECTION DE FUITE
Lorsque la sonde détecte de l’eau, le capteur émet un bip pendant un intervalle de 2
minutes et vous recevez une notification sur l’application NOMA iQ. Si la fuite n’est pas
nettoyée dans ce laps de temps, le capteur passera en mode veille pendant environ
2 heures afin d’économiser la batterie. Ce cycle se poursuivra jusqu’à ce que la fuite
soit nettoyée. Si l’appareil est installé en dehors de la portée audible, assurez-vous
de connecter votre capteur à l’application NOMA iQ pour recevoir des notifications/
alertes. Veillez également à activer les notifications sur votre téléphone cellulaire.
Note : ne pas laisser la sonde immergée ou en état de fuite pendant plus de 12 heures.
